    Because everything we make is customized for your chapter, our sales reps work closely with you to quote your order based on 3 things: Brand and style of apparel Total quantity Number of colors per print location (front/back) Our team takes a personalized approach to make sure you get the best quality apparel at the best price. If you have a specific budget in mid, let us know and we'll help you find the perfect fit!
  • Do you only work with sororities?
    Nope! We also work with clubs, businesses, and other organizations all over the country, and our brother company FraterniTees is always ready to handle your fraternity orders!
  • I don't see an add to cart option - can I buy items directly from your website?
    While you can't buy apparel directly through our website right now, you can fill out a quote request to get customized pricing for your organization's order. Try adding designs to your Favorites to keep track of all the best SororiTees inspo!
  • Do you only make shirts? How do I find all your products?
    We offer a variety of products like tank tops, sweatpants, hoodies, crewnecks, hats, and banners! If you're looking for a specific brand or style, let us know!
  • Do I have to use a design from your design gallery?
    Nope! Our team specializes in fully customized designs. To start a design from scratch, head over to our quote request page and let us know what you're looking for! If you have any inspo pics, send them our way and our designers will bring your idea to life. You dream it, we create it!
  • I found a design in your gallery that I love! Can I change it at all?
    Of course! We can change anything about a design - just let our team know which design you're interested in and any changes you want to make.
  • Can I buy a design without purchasing apparel?
    No, our artwork is copyrighted and only for screenprinting through SororiTees and FraterniTees. We do not sell graphic designs.
  • Order Policies
    Design Policies You are responsible for approving all artwork, apparel, and sizing before placing an order. If we produce apparel that matches the artwork and style you approved, we are not responsible for any dissatisfaction. Colors may vary on computer or phone screens. We are not responsible for variation in color appearance from screens to printed designs. The availability of certain colors and styles varies. We will always do our best to get the exact color and style of apparel you want, but unfortunately we have no control over items that are out of stock. If we can't get the exact color or style you want, we'll find the best alternative! Shipping Policies We are not responsible for anything that happens after your custom apparel leaves our shop. Shipping delays or damage from UPS or USPS are out of our control. However, if your apparel arrives damaged from shipping or significantly later than anticipated, please let us know. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is correct and includes apartment or unit numbers if necessary. If your order (excluding bulk orders) is returned to us by USPS due to any issues with your address, we will reach out to you for an updated shipping address, and you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping your order. We encourage you to double check all sizes and quantities as soon as you receive your package and before handing out apparel. If you do find that you are missing items, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your apparel and we will work with you to correct the issue. After your apparel has been handed out, we are not responsible for any missing items. Our team can only guarantee your delivery date if you pay on or before the date your sales rep specifies. If you pay after the date provided by your sales rep, we can no longer guarantee the same delivery date. There are rush shipping options available for an additional fee. Returns and Exchanges We cannot process refunds for custom orders. If you feel that something went wrong with your order, please let our team know! We will work with you to find the best solution. We cannot guarantee exchanges. We don't maintain stock of our designs, but occasionally we have extras that we're happy to use to resolve any issues with sizing when possible.
